Who sells

Play Joy Space (playjoy.space) is sold and operated by QUVO Tecnologia LTDA, CNPJ [CNPJ] (Brazil). Any questions, write to us: suporte@playjoy.space.

What you buy

Access to the Play Joy Space platform, with 365 screen-free games for children aged 2 to 10, plus the bonuses listed in the offer. You pay once: no subscription, no renewal, no hidden charges.

Access is for life: yours for as long as the platform exists, on your phone, tablet and computer.

Delivery

Delivery is digital and instant. You pay, the access page opens straight away — and a permanent link lands in your email. Nothing is sent by post.

Payment

Payment is processed by Stripe (card, Apple Pay or Google Pay). Your card details go straight to Stripe: they never touch our servers.

Refunds

UK and EU law gives you 14 days to change your mind about an online purchase. Play Joy Space is digital content delivered instantly: by accessing the platform right after purchase you agree to immediate delivery — and from that moment the legal cancellation right no longer applies, as is standard for digital content.

Even so, if something isn't right, email suporte@playjoy.space and we'll sort it out with you.

Using the content

Access belongs to you and your family. Use the games at home as much as you like — what you can't do is resell, copy or republish the platform's content.

Children's safety

The games are written to be played with an adult close by. Each one states the age range and, where needed, safety notes. You know your child best: adapt and supervise whenever you think it necessary.
